Vegan Birthday Cake

Completely vegan, this was our take on the hummingbird cake. It was made with carrots, bananas, coconut and chopped nuts with a light sweet lemon filling.

    this cake looks scrumptous! I’ve vegetarian and it’s been hard finding a recepie that not only looks good but tastes good! How would I go about finding out about this recepie?
