These cake truffles which we delivered to Le Treport in Mississauga were part of a unique wedding favour which included a charitable donation made in the name of the couple’s wedding guests. Featured above are truffles coated with milk chocolate and make with chocoalte cake and dulce de leche buttercream.

“Just wanted to say that the cake truffles turned out amazing. The packaging was very simple, yet elegant and went with my theme perfectly. We had alot of compliments on how great the truffles tasted, alot of impressed guests. The only problem, there was SO MANY yummy flavours to choose from. It was the perfect thing to go with our donation as our wedding gift. The was an absolute pleasure working with you again. For this dinosaur birthday party we created an eploding volcano cake with chocolate lava and dinosaur cookies. Matching dinosaur cupcakes covered in green and blue vanilla fondant made up of vanilla and chocolate cake added to the theme. The volcano lemon coconut cake was filled with vanilla buttercream and the chocolate dinosaur cookies were iced with vanilla royal icing. 

Chosen for a big surprise sweet 16th birthday, vanilla fondant with lilac flowers and ribbons covers this two tier chocolate cake filled with chocolate hazelnut filling. The flowers were made out of two shades of lilac fondant and the lilac ribbons on the cake were painted with silver lustre dust. The final touch were two big fabric bows is three shades of lilac and purple. Of course, birthday cakes and matching cupcakes are perfect together! Everyone loves a smashcake for their birthday!

This black and white design, inspired by our Bow cake, was chosen by the birthday girl to celebrate her big day! Chocolate fondant tinted black with white flowers piped in royal icing covered rich chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream and milk chocolate chips. The handmade chocolate topper and matching smashcake completed the look.

These custom sugar cookies were a small part of a celebration for a little baby boy’s baptisim. Forty vanilla cookies were covered in sky blue vanilla royal icing and accented with the little guy’s name,  a sanding sugar trim and a little royal icing daisy.

A pink and purple two tiered birthday cake with a personalized cake topper, matching cupcakes and a ’smash cake’ (complimentary with cakes for little ones!) were all part of the celebrations for an oh-so-cute little girl who is now one year old! The top tier was our rich chocolate cake with caramel buttercream filling and the bottom tier and cupcakes were traditional vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling.

On March 26th,  we participated in the Purple Day festivities that was hosted by Epilepsy Durham at The Lake House in Pickering (which is a beautiful location for a wedding btw!). The event was Epilepsy Durham’s first annual ‘A Dream Inspired’ Cocktail Reception and Art Auction featuring talented local artists. 

For the attendees, we provided delicious Cake Balls (also known as Cake Truffles) which are made of moist cake and decadent buttercream covered with chocolate. Thanks for the tips Bakerella!

Each attendee also recieved a yummy chocolate sugar cookie topped with mint icing and sparkling sugars. Double Yum!

These vanilla sugar cookies were baked on lollipop sticks and packaged in clear cellophane bags with satin ribbons, making them perfect for a cookie bouquet!
