How many servings do I need? View Answer

When deciding on how many servings you need there are a few things to consider.

Is your cake the main plated dessert?
When is it being served?
Are you having a sweet table?
What type of design have you envisioned?
Do you want to keep the top tier?

These questions will affect the number of servings and help you cater for the appropriate number of guests.

Our standard serving size is 1” x 2” x 4”

If your cake is going to be your main plated dessert, then you will need a serving per guest.
If you are having a plated dessert and will be serving your cake later in the night, then we suggest having enough servings for about 75% of your guests.
If you will be having a plated dessert, a dessert buffet and will be serving your cake later in the night then we suggest having enough servings for about 50% of your guests.
